Pioneer Diver was first established in 1990 to cater the increasing Taiwanese tourists in Guam and later relaunched in Taiwan in 2002. Owner Ken Hou was the first Mandarin speaking PADI instructor in Micronesia and has an extensive diving/teaching experience. Currently Pioneer Diver has a team of 10 staff providing PADI training in both Mandarin and English.
